The Elvis Presley Festival is produced by the Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association. In addition to the festival, the Association produces the Annual Reed's Tupelo Christmas Parade, Chili Fest, and Down on Main Summer Concert Series. They also manage the Downtown Tupelo Farmers' Market. The festival is licensed by Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. in Memphis, Tn.
